We believe that light should last. That's why we offer a 2-year warranty on every Mori lamp. Should anything happen during that period due to a manufacturing error or technical defect, we will provide a suitable solution: repair, replacement, or, if absolutely necessary, a refund. Maintenance
A Mori lamp requires no maintenance. It's designed to breathe life into your home for years to come.
Because we work with untreated wood, the material may slighty discolor over time, especially under the influence of sunlight. This isn't a flaw, but rather the charm of natural materials: they live with you and make each lamp unique.
Want to give the wood extra protection? You can choose to apply a natural oil or wax. This is optional and will change the appearance slightly, but it's not necessary.

Does my lamp need maintenance?
No. A Mori lamp lives with you, without you having to do anything.
How do I clean the lamp?
You can easily remove dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water or cleaning products; the wood should remain uncontaminated.
Does the wood discolour in the sun?
Yes, a little. Just like everything that lives, wood changes over time. That's what makes your lamp personal and unique.
Can I apply a protective layer?
That's certainly possible. A natural oil or wax provides extra protection and can deepen the color. But it's not necessary – your lamp is beautiful just the way it is.
And what if something does go wrong?
We're here for you. Within the two-year warranty period, we'll always resolve this free of charge. Even after that, we're happy to discuss repairs or replacements with you.
